Fear of Embarrassment

“The fear of embarrassment is one of the strongest obstacles we will face in our lifetime. The most common result of this fear is “inaction” which blocks our creative process. True Mediation

To be in a true meditative state, is to be in harmony with our true nature. This happens when our thoughts, our actions and our breathing are all in sync.
